We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service; therefore even if your turbocharger is just shy of its warranty period, we will still aim to help. Every turbo supplied is provided with at least 12 months manufacturer's warranty.*

Warranty
1.0. How long is the warranty?
1.1. Here at Samson Turbos, we offer a warranty for a period of 12 months/12,000 miles from the date of purchase.
1.2. Such warranty only covers the unit if there is both proof/date of purchase and proof/date of installation from a specialist turbocharger fitter; only then will we offer a repair or replacement for said unit.
2.0. What proves my purchase and installation of the turbocharger?
2.1. Proof of purchase: sales invoice, receipt, oil feed pipe must all be present for warranty to be valid.
2.2. Proof of installation: sales invoice, receipt must all be present for warranty to be valid. In addition, the reason for the failure of the previous turbocharger must be eradicated, so proof of this amend must also be presented when requested.
3.0. Could there be nullity of my warranty?
3.1. Because we, Samson Turbos, take great care to offer you premium turbochargers, we expect you, the customer, to comply to our guides and manuals. If these manuals issued to you have not been adhered to, then such neglect will result in your warranty being void.
3.2. If your turbocharger has been repaired by persons other than Samson Turbos, your warranty will be void.
3.3. Other causes of voiding the warranty include abuse, alteration or tampering of the turbocharger resulting in ourselves not able to repair it.
4.0. What's available to you?
4.1. If you have understood the points mentioned above and wish to claim, then there are two options: you can return the warranty item to us for a replacement unit or return with a full refund.
4.2. Warranty does not cover the cost of labour or materials to reinstall/remove turbocharger and all other liabilities such as indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit) are expressly excluded.
5.0. How to claim
5.1. Email us at info@samsonturbos.co.uk attaching all relevant paperwork (section 2), including a brief description of the fault.
6.0. What we will do
6.1. We will respond quickly addressing the issue and take the necessary steps to ensure that we resolve the issue, providing the warranty is valid.

Although sympathetic to every warranty claim, only exchange units which fail due to defective workmanship or parts are warrantable. Failures due to circumstances or conditions outside our control cannot be accepted under the Turbo Technics warranty.

Returns
Please note all products must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a registered garage. Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and breach the returns policy. If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement product once the original product has been returned for assessment and verification of the fault. If the fault develops after 28 days but within the warranty period, please contact us and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned for assessment and verification of the fault. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review and testing. Based on the manufacturers' opinion we will repair, (or at our sole option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned.

The manufacturer's opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such repair or replacement. If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in a message. We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.

The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval. Under no circumstances will we cover any postage cost, labour fees, customs charges (overseas customers) or any other additional costs.
